Terms and Conditions – Pont del Carme (Girona)

Reservations for the apartments during the Pont del Carme period in Girona are subject to the following special conditions:

1. Confirmation and payment

To guarantee the reservation, a 50% payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking confirmation.

The remaining 50% will be automatically charged 15 days before the arrival date using the same payment method provided during the reservation.

2. Cancellation policy

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: no refund will be issued.

3. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €150 per reservation is required. A card will be provided as a guarantee, and the amount will be returned after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected and provided that no damage or missing items are found.

4. Pets

Pets are currently not allowed in the apartments. This policy helps us maintain the spaces in optimal cleaning and hygiene conditions.

5. Check-in and check-out times

Check-in: from 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

6. House rules

The Pont del Carme apartments are located in a residential area. Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours’ rest, avoid noise after 22:00, and use the facilities responsibly.

7. Acceptance

Confirming the reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
